Join us for an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise as a Construction Project Manager. We are now seeking a talented individual to oversee the planning, construction, and day-to-day field operations of Commercial New Build projects.

If you’ve demonstrated a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the $10-$20 million range, with at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Commercial Construction industry, we want to speak with you!

If you’ve completed a mix of ground up projects for gas stations, medical/dental facilities, educational facilities, financial institutions, retail establishments, and law firms you go to the top of our list.

As the Construction Project Manager, you’ll be entrusted with collaborating with our in-house team to develop project budgets and timelines, overseeing daily and weekly project progress and field team meetings. You’ll ensure the team promptly and accurately responds to all project requests in order to meet project budget, schedule, and contract agreements.

To thrive in this position, you must possess strong skills in planning, organizing, supervision, coordination, safety, training, decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership as they pertain to commercial construction. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are crucial, as well as proficiency in WIP reports, MS Project, Excel, and Word. Additionally, you should have a comprehensive understanding of principles, practices, and codes applicable to commercial construction.
